In my opinion, this is a very strange story as if the author had to write out all his ugly thoughts. His other books that I've read are much more appealing.

This was one of my all time favorite books as a kid. It is funny, morally satisfying, and just a little twisted - all the things we've come to expect from Roald Dahl. Fun for kids and adult kids alike.

A comical take on karma and revenge. A fantastic children's novel about a foolish, nasty couple and how they eventually got their comeuppance.
